After celebrating the Winter Solstice in a friend’s apartment in England, I decided to quit my 9-5 job. My rational brain thought it would make taxes much easier. We hopped on Squarespace (where many wide-eyed and fresh entrepreneurs start) and built my first website. After submitting my two weeks’ notice, I was off! I didn’t yet realize that I had taken the first step in the adventure of growing a business. 

I dreamed of starting a wellness center. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the age of 22, I found a doorway to a world of healers, holistic practitioners and spiritual teachers. They led me down my journey of self-healing and I wanted to share with others. So, I met with every “business person” I knew, developed a pitch, and started raising money. 

I realized that the healers, teachers and coaches needed support. While they were guiding me through my healing journey, I was able to help them in return create a healing business that they would thrive in.

In supporting healers on their journey of growing a business, I was able to serve the people who sought out wellness and healing, too. I had achieved my original goal in a way I never imagined.
